Who handles your information

AEONA Collective operates this coming-soon page and manages the waitlist. You can contact the project about your personal data using the request form below.

What we collect and why

When you join, we collect your name, email address and phone number to maintain the waitlist and contact you about AEONA’s launch and community updates. Social media is voluntary and can be left blank. We also infer and store your phone’s dialing country from its number; this does not indicate where you live.

We also keep your signup date and the wording of the consent you accepted. Joining does not create a platform account or require a purchase.

Our basis for sending these updates is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through this page. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

Where your data goes

Your signup is stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database, hosted through Sites. A private Google Sheet is used as an operational copy and is updated periodically through the project owner’s connected Google account. It contains the same signup and consent details. Access is restricted to the operator and people the operator explicitly authorizes.

Cloudflare, the Sites hosting service and Google process information to provide their services. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards apply. We do not sell your personal data or use this form for automated decisions about you.

Security and essential browser storage

The page uses HTTPS. Signup records are accessed on the server. To reduce spam, we use a short-lived essential browser cookie, a one-use verification challenge, and server-side limits. Where available, a network address is converted to a keyed security identifier for those limits. The application does not store the raw address in its signup database. Temporary verification and rate-limit records expire and are cleared during subsequent form activity.

The site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser may contact Google to load font files. Hosting providers may also process technical logs for delivery, reliability and security.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while preparing the launch and contacting people who have asked for updates. We review it at least every 12 months and remove records that are no longer needed. You can request removal sooner. When a deletion is completed, the operational database and Google Sheet must both be updated. Provider backup copies may remain temporarily under their recovery policies.

We keep privacy requests and a minimal record of how they were handled for as long as needed to resolve the request and document our response.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or ask about restricting or objecting to processing where applicable. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within one month, subject to any applicable extensions and exceptions.

You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. In Romania, this is the ANSPDCP.
